Welcome to the forums. It certainly is nice to have our own loan officer forum thanks to the guys at site tutor. They do a great job. How is the weather down in San Diego?

I have recently relocated my mortgage business under a new umbrella. I was head hunted and recruited to Pacific Capital Mortgage. Pacific Capital Mortgage is the #1 purchase money broker/banker in San Diego. We were ranked #1 and #2 last two years running in the San Diego Busines journal. We came into a close 2nd this year only to a company that had 700 loan officer to our 80. We are a DBA of Bay Bancorp and Diablo funding. Northern California's #1 mortgage banking company with 4 billion dollars in business last year. We're licensed in 30 states (soon to be 45) and approved will literally 400 lenders. There are actually a few commercial lenders who can do loans up to $60 million. Our residential and construction to perm loans can't be beat. Worst case scenario for our competitors is that they would match the rate and most likely have to significantly reduce their fees to match. We have a great internal pricing system that give us access to fantastic niche programs across the board from stated retired, subprime, log cabins, mobile homes, etc....Certainly contact me if you have any questions regarding those hard to place loans.
