I am new to this forum and just wanted to say hello. I have been originating loans for about 3 years and am a licensed TX LO. I have a just passed my NC brokers test and am awaiting my license. NC does not have reciprocity and if you want to lend in NC you must have a license even if your company has a charter in the state.

You dont have to have a license to originate in Georgia. Ive originated for 10 years and Ive seen some of anybody originate in Georgia.
