I need a Lender that does FHA and possibly allows a total of 9% seller contributions. Or a Lender that has the My Community Program.. Any ideas?

9% seller contributions? good luck, that's just not going to happen. Alot of companies will do the my community mortgage.

to name a few...not sure who you have for lenders. It'd be a conforming lender. Aegis will do it and allow 6% seller contributions so that would be your best bet. I talked to the rep about it and they have a pretty competitive MCM

I did find 2 lenders that will allow 3% gift contributions for down payment and 6% seller concessions using FHA..

FHA with 9% seller concessions, so the buyer needs the 6% + the 3% FHA requires the borrower to put into the deal. Try a gift fund through quickdown.com, they will gift the 3% and this will also allow for 6% seller contributions. The only problem is the house is going to need to appraise at the adjusted value or no deal.
