I'm just wondering why HUD Wont Compete with the rest of the Market and allow 100% financing. They just ran a one month special $100.00
down. It lasted only until Jan 7th 2007 and then its gone. These house
have no appliances and need lots of work. That fictious escrow repair that
HUD gives to repair the homes is a joke.
