Hi, my name is Graham (kiwishep), I am a commercial finance broker for both national and international projects. I have many years experience in all kinds of financial services and I am the principal of US Commercial Finance (USCOMFIN) and the Offshore Loan Centre (OLC).
I am more than happy to work with residential brokers on a win win basis should they need the services of a commercial broker, I cannot guarantee to place every deal but will give it a good shot.
My resources are comprehensive and include Hedge Funds, Private Lenders and Commercial Banks and I am always on the look out for both US and International lenders/investors that can think outside the square with debt and or equity solutions including joint ventures, venture capital etc. (as is every other commercial broker on the planet).
