I have available to me construction loans that will cover:
Cost of land
Cost of building/structure
Closing costs of the loan
One year interest payments - no payments due for 12mo.
Contingency fund in case of cost overruns
This will work on owner occupied properties up to 90% ltv of future value. ie. 400k value they will lend 360k for costs.
This will work on Non-owner properties to 85% ltv of future value.
We can build SFR - 4 plex !
Unfortunatly this loan is only for Washington and Oregon states, I have many projects available that will work for non-owner homes if you want more information email me at financialevolution at comcast.net
Full Doc, Stated, no-ratio, No-Doc any doc type can work
If your score is lower then 620 you may still be able to get the loan but at a lower LTV.
