Hey all,
I jumped right in to talk on this forum on a couple of posts before I found this category for introducing myself. So, I thought I'd better get on it!
Like most of you, I'm no professional expert at some of this stuff. However, due to personal experience and that of some friends and connections, I've been able to amass some knowledge of credit and lending and ways to improve your overall financial health.

Basically, I'm just talking about all the mess from the past few years that I've been through. I've had to deal with defaulted student loans, consolidation, late payments, unemployment, credit lines, credit line extensions, credit cards, negative and positive accounts and collections agents. Just about every horror story you can think of, I've had to deal with (well, barring bankruptcy...came damn close!).
So check it out, reply to me here. Who knows, maybe something I've been through and learned can help.
Why do I care you might ask? Because I HATE some of those cruel collections and credit b@stards out there! I know what they can put you through so maybe I can make my little contribution and help you steer clear.
