Does anyone know of a credible company to have write me some content for my mortgage website I'm about to build?

Also, does anyone know generalized pricing? I just don't have the time to write my own content and I'd be better off paying someone to do so... But of course I don't want to be overcharged.

Check out Mochila.com -- they syndicate others content for you for free, I believe. You can also use the same content we syndicate from this Stan guy. Stan's website is stanmortgageman.com and his content RSS feed is at stanmortgageman.com/machblog/index.cfm?event=showBlogRss
We work with him and pay for links to our site in his content.

You can probably pay some kid with above average english scores minimum wage to rewrite content for you. I have this 17 year old girl that builds links to SubprimeAlta.com all day long for 7.25 an hour buddy :)

yeah, hiring a high school student does work well if they have any sort of intelligence and the ability to research and properly write a paper without plagiarizing.

But I honestly feel, the person to write content in this case would be you, because you know your industry...One Well written article can do alot for your rank... trust me...

I agree with BrokerBusenitz. Unique content is great and it will improve your search resutls dramtically, but written by someone who isn't intimently aquainted with the topic can create mis-information - or even no real "new" information at all. There are plenty of people on the web creating (I am not talking about syndicating) the same story / content over and over. I believe nothing will help your business better on the web (as far as organic search & organic linking) than providing the consumer with a something they find valuable:

such as an article that others haven't written
an article written in a better way
a unique tool for them (loan calculators are everywhere, find something different or put a different twist on it)thoughts?

I agree Quick,

It is just hard to find the time to really sit down and write articles. I'm already doing so many things that it just seems making that time is difficult. I would love to find a good company that can write these articles for me at least to get me going when I finally have my website built. Then I could continue to write some here and there as I go along. I also blog and have that attached to my website so that builds unique content as I keep writing in it. Even then I find myself slipping up a bit. I need to really concentrate on adding at least 2 articles a week to it which once I have some other things settled I can get that going more consistently.

it might be wiser to write the majority of your own content.
