800 call capture???

We have seen a sharp increase in the number of LOs and Brokers utilizing our toll-free call capture service to team up with Real Estate agents and FSBOs. I haven't seen anyone on this site discussing it. It is a great way to create proprietary leads and build your network of agents and home owners. you can check it out online at 877infoline.com. There are other servcies available as well like information now, arch telelcom and callcapture247, but our multiple contact feature sets us apart when it comes to sharing the service with others.

I would love to know how others are using call capture and would be happy to answer any questions.

I use call capture on my zero down signs that i place with Realtors and Fsbos. I get around 0 - 10 calls a month per sign that i have out. I recently purchased some sign riders advertising "free audio tour" which i am going to start using with my Realtor listings.

I just started this program again after a 9 month lay off. I started Monday on a short sale listing I have here in California.

as of today there have been a total of 19 calls
2 pre-qual's
1 loan app this morning.

not a bad start...:)

That's not a bad start at all, Bernie! It'll definitely keep you busy! This is a system that I was going to put in place with another mortgage broker company prior to them opting out of a contract. Too bad...this is a great source of business and a huge selling point to Realtor partners.
