Banks Arent Closing Any Friggan Loan

is anyone else having this ****ing problem
a ****ing bank turns this **** down:

690 fico score
siva 35% dti
$75,000 assets in bank
i give them their ****ing conditions
but they keep blowing me off
like wtf

and i have a builder in new jersey
who makes well over 800 grand a year by obviously building houses
but the bank doesnt believe he makes that kind of money
they think all builders make is 80 ****ing grand
wtf
is wrong with them

What state are the loans in? if you would like to send them my way i would love to make them happen. i have not had any issues with the lenders. but then i work with them because they are on my side when it comes to getting them approved. instead of getting upset, find a way to make it happen. if your builder does make 800k he should be able to prove some of this, maybe with bank statements? feel free to send them to me and i will be happy to work them.
