I have been looking to get additional information on how to post a flyer for a listing in craigslist. The guys at Sitetutor graciously gave me some code to help and gave me a "search for homes" link that once clicked on - my flyer pops into the ad. This takes the prospective buyer 2 clicks to get to the flyer. I still have wondered how these realtors have put together such nice listing flyers in craigslist that pop up as soon as the link is touched. Let me know if anyone has any suggestions on how to cut down the process down to one click with a flyer or landing page.

I'd be interested to know how that works as well. My fiance is finishing up her real estate tests this week and will be taking her broker's test this month and then I'm planning to put a good september together for advertising and marketing for her. Craigs list is something I was thinking about doing and would like to know how it works.
Let me know if you get any information Planner!

craigslist is a good start and easy to use but a website of your own is always best to have even if you are using craigslist.

Craigslist is such a good site to post advertisement. It really drives high traffic there better than any other classified ads online. Gumtree is another one online classifieds.
