Lots of new people joining! I'm glad I choose this forum over some of the others, I already posted a hello. But my name is Donovan, people call me Don. I am from Boston, Mass and I have been in the industry for a few years on both retail lending and the broker side. I have to say I like the ease of workign for a lender, the leads are endless but I prefer the money and flexibility of being a broker...how can we join these 2 worlds? Welcome everyone!
