Hello everyone,Just want to introduce myself.

My name is Sam; I am a mortgage banker with Chicago Bancorp. I am new into the business, so any advice or tip, it will be greatly appreciated. I just closed my first loan less than two weeks ago:D , I really enjoy this job and I love working for Chicago bancorp. I just joined this site but I have been a reader for a while. Great site!! welcome to the business and congratulations on your first loan going through! Also, welcome to the forums. It is still growing and getting bigger but there are some very education people on here that can help you with marketing tips and anything else really.
