I saw the site. Return policy is very vague. Are these exclusive leads, semi exclusive, what...? How many times over are they sold. How are the leads generated -PPC/internet, mail, advertising, etc...

What if you call and call and call an no one ever answers? Where does someone stand on the return policy if this happens?

What are the basic loan filters? (credit grade, loan amount, LTV, purpose of transaction (purchase, refi, home equity))?
