Mortgage Calculation Formula Needed

Hi

I am designing a website to do with properties, and I would like to have a mortgage calculation on the site, to do this I need the right calculation formula for it.

The type of calculation I need is the same as wwwDOTfindapropertyDOTcom in there mortgage centre page wwwDOTfindapropertyDOTcom/mortgagehomeDOTaspx which are:

How much can I borrow?
What will my monthly costs be?
What will happen if mortgage interest rates rise or fall?
How much will I pay in stamp duty when I buy a property?
How much can I borrow on a buy to let mortgage?
How much rent do I need to charge to finance a buy to let mortgage?

Would someone help me with that if you know any sites that have it or you could provide it to me I will be much appreciated.
Thank you in advance.
MoDesign.

I don’t know how you build your sites, but if you are using Adobe Dreamweaver you can find a free amortize extension, Just google the word kaosweaver. I haven’t really tried it yet but this extension will generate a mortgage calculator for you and you don’t have to know java script. good luck

Check out the website hotscripts.com. You will find scripts which are both free and for purchase. You will also see reviews of the various scripts.

I found this www(.)nationalpayday(.)com/calc.asp . They even seam to be promoting the spread of the calculator. It might be what you are looking for.

I created some easy to add widgets for some realtor sites. Just google "mortgagesum widgets" and you'll find a few.
