Who are you all using for 90% non owner occ deals these days?

well I tend to use Greenpoint Mortgage or Rainland Mortgage and I've also heard Impac Lending has great rates for NOO. Well that is for Oregon Mortgages (http://www.worldwidemortgage.org) not so sure about Texas.
