I asked this question in Alt-A and prime loans so I thought I'd ask it here too. Who are your preferred Subprime lenders? For Springfield Oregon (http://www.worldwidemortgage.org) and Eugene Oregon (http://www.worldwidemortgage.org) mortgages I typically use First Franklin, Option One, for my clients with bad credit (http://www.loansbyrickgrand.com) or mortgage lates (http://www.loansbyrickgrand.com)....etc.

So who are your preferred? The companies I work with do some creative things. Nothing like 6-8 months ago but they still do a pretty good job but the rates have seemed to have gone up a bit.

Subprime its too bad you don't do any Mortgage lending in Oregon (http://www.worldwidemortage.org) or I could get my broker to sign up with you if you have something to offer that others do not and it sounds like you might have some great subprime products.

its hard to choose one since each borrower is given a different quote, most subprime lenders are a subsidiary of a big lender anyway.

It used to be New Century and Argent but since Argent changed everything, I don't have a favorite. I'm still trying to figure out which ones will close my deals since everything is so different. I'm interested in knowing which ones any of you use. Thanks for the topic! -Don

There's a lender based out of Florida called Primequity, LLC. They still have some aggressive products including 100% full doc & 95% stated. You should check them out at PRIMEQUITY dot com. I only have 1 post so I'm spelling it out. :)
