As I asked in the other forums. Who are your preferred A paper lenders? For my Springfield Oregon (http://www.worldwidemortgage.org) and Eugene Oregon (http://www.worldwidemortgage.org) mortgage clients I typically use Countrywide, Sierra Pacific Mortgage, and First Horizon for the most part. for my First time home buyers (http://www.loansbyrickgrand.com) I really love the My Community Mortgage. Its a fantastic product and the MI factor is much lower than the Flex100 product that most A paper lenders offer. Of course you have to meet the the median income requirements and that all depends on the county but its a great product.
So who are your A paper lenders?

I agree, I love My Community and Home Possible programs. My company got rid of countrywide due to their EDP policy.. so as of now I preferre to use chase. citimortgage right next in line. I think it comes down to who gives the best benfits and pricing to my clients.

I liked citi mortgages pricing for loans but their service was so crappy I refused to do any business with them. I use Countrywide when I have a slam dunk "Fast & Easy" deal. You just can't beat their pricing for it.

Even with Wells backing out of Subprime and the 2/28, I still go to my rep for all my prime deals. Hopefully she will still be around after they are done with their layoffs. :( -Don

In my opinion countrywide is first. I deal with them for many times and i am really satisfied with their performance.
