like to start a Free directory to list Loan officers and Brokers.

Any suggestions for categories.

If I just add all the states of US as categories is that enough?
-- So, Loan officers and Brokers in that state can add their web site free?

Any suggesions are welcome before I start the directory.

well if you REALLY wanted to go in dept you could do it by state then counties or cities. At least have somewhere for the site to show what city or county it is in. That isn't such a bad idea though.

directories usually have a link that says "suggest a category", maybe you can use that to get some ideas from the submitters.
