Building an Office space?

I have a client that is looking to build an office space at around the 1 million+ range and I'm curious to know if anyone works with a company who will lend construction financing in Oregon (http://www.loansbyrickgrand.com/) for a project like this. He is looking to put about 8 offices in it.

I posted this in the construction financing but I felt it should be posted in both forums given the nature of what it is.
