Loan Officer/Direct Mailer from Illinois

I am residential and commercial broker from Illinois. I am also selling a direct mail program that has worked like a well oiled machine for me. If you are interested in the specifics drop me an email and i will send you some info. I do 250-350 pieces of mail per week which yields 6-8 application and 2-3 loans. Just happened upon this forum after getting a bit annoyed with the BS at one of the other forums.

Too much political BS and too much fighting. If i want political i will go somewhere else is the way i look at it.

yeah, I would see that the same way. If I want to be political I'll good "political forums" and then go talk politics with people. If I want to talk about Mortgage related news I'll stick to the mortgage forums. Well, we're happy to have you and I hope that this forum works out and you stay active. We have some people who post on a regular basis and others that come and go. We're really trying to build this forum so if you know of anyone else please refer them over here.
