Voice Solutions is dedicated in getting mortgage companies the leads they need to close more loans. We can call thousands of homeowners in minutes and play a message offering your services. If the homeowner is interested in speaking to one of your LO’s they can press 1 to be transferred into your office.

FACT: Loan officers with useful resources at their finger tips close more loans.
How our press 1 transfer works!
- We will pull a list of homeowners in the states you want to call to generate leads
- Our voice talent will record a message offering your niche program (example, Debt Consolidation Loan, Cash - Out loan, or a Rate Reduction Program)
- Once the message is recorded you can setup days and times you want to run. For example, Monday – Thursday from 12 PM – 6 PM EST.
- Then it’s a matter of determining how many calls you want daily. Once we determine that then we can discuss what the cost will be so you can determine what your weekly budget will be.

How many calls do you need…? 50, 100, 200, or more… Right now you can get more calls in your office for only $5 per transfer. Min Order 100. Because we know you will be back for more we will also include 50 free tranfers with your first order.
If you have any questions please give me a call.

hmmm, that sounds pretty cheap so it makes me wonder the quality of the program. Most of the companies I've seen that seem to be good charge anywhere from $50-100 per lead which would make a little more sense. What calling program do you use?

It is not a pre qualified tranfer. It is a client interseted in hearing more about your services. You will get some people that are not interested. The client on the phone has the ability to be put on a do not call list or be transfered to a loan officer. The calls are worth the price and you will open your doors to more business.

yeah, it doesn't sound like too shabby of a program. I had heard about a program called "Gold Calling" that did that same stuff but you had to set it all up and get the client lists, etc...not something I would have the time for.

What kind of response do you typically see and what kind of fees are involved to get everything going?

so just $5 per call that comes in? Can you give me a rough idea of how many calls you typical send in to your loan officers and how much they generally close on them? Also, how many people in Oregon are you working with?
