well you technically are a member. You've signed up for the forum. You just need to be active. Read posts and make comments, start your own posts for people to hold discussions on. If you have a question about something you can make a post about it to initiate conversation about the topic that sort of thing. We just get one hit wonders who write one post to sell their product then they disappear.

1. How do you know what there homes are worth? Appraiser? lol
2. min Loan Amount 100k-750k? That is like me saying 5%-20% on your rate Mr. Customer somewhere in that ballpark.

Oh and I assume that these leads are guaranteed to close? LOL
