Any other Loan Processors?

I'm a loan processor based out of Chicago, Illinois and have been at it for over 8 months now.

Are there any other processors here? We can bounce ideas and information off each other, not too mention commisserate. ;)

how is the market in Illinois? I'm out in Oregon and things don't seem to be as bad which is great for me. I still think homes are overpriced but they will come down in time. We seem to have a good amount of inventory on the market. I'm looking to buy a new home this fall so I'm hoping I'll find me a house that has been on the market for a good 6 months or so :)

it's not too bad actually, ARMS are coming to a close so people are wanting fixed rate loans and plus its starting to warm up and with the rates being as low as they are more people are starting to buy. Slowly picking up.

glad to hear its picking up then. We have a lot of arms in oregon that are in need of refinancing. I'm looking forward to getting in touch with some of these people. :)
