Construction to Perm Loans

Hello everyone. If you know of a Lender that will do this type of loan please let me know.

Low LTV, good FICO, plenty of Assets. Borrower would like to build a townhome community in Fresno, CA.

I've already spoken to Indymac. They won't do these loans ... I thought they did but I guess, programs changed.

I'd definitely check out national city or even First Horizon. Countrywide is even doing construction loans. Not sure if they will do this type but its worth a shot.
