I had a string of refinancing going on in July...I didn't have any purchase loans just people wanting to refinance their home. I'm not complaining as it was kind of nice to cut out any nagging real estate agents for a couple of weeks while I took care of those loans.
How was everyone else's July? Any forecasts for August? August is shaping up nicely for me and if it goes as expected it could be a better month than July was which doesn't bother me at all!
