Buying Leads?

Has anyone purchased from a company called Alansis? They seem to have a good program and they are hooked up with our application software and I'd assume the company that runs out application software wouldn't get with a sleezy leads company. They have an interesting "Live lead" thing where they have an in house rep call the leads to verify them and if they want to speak to a LO they will transfer it to your cell phon/office phone/ or any other phone number you give them.

I'm interested to know if anyone has used this and what the results were. I'm thinking about buying some to see how it goes.
