How is everyone's August going so far? Mine isn't too shabby so I'm not complaining. I have one person still shopping me with another lender so we'll see how that goes. They are set to close on the 25th and I still need my appraisal...haha. No Worries.

that post is actually almost a year old...haha. But mine isn't too bad, I'm going to have a fantastic July so anything I get now I'm going to try to push to august. I have some appointments this week for prospects to qualify them and they are unattached so I can shift them to my fiancee for their purchasing needs. I always like that :)
