Gold Calling?

Has anyone heard of this product or used this product and does it really work?

Yes, I cannot endorse it because most people that buy it end up focusing on selling gold calling.

I think that means it does not work if you ask me. Otherwise they would be focusing on closing those loans they get.

Referrals and networking seems to be more rewarding.

I'd agree with both of you. I don't think it is worth buying. I'll stick with what is working for me now. :) I get most of my business from referrals which I certainly love. It just seems that when you get referred to someone there are less hassles to deal with.

Depends on what type of business you want to cultivate. If you are going after cold calls and lead purchasing clients be prepared to price your loans very competitively. Generally these people are tire kickers and will shop you to death until they find someone to do their loan for close to nothing. I leave these folks to Ditec home loan hell and when they screw it up I step in and repair the damage.
