where is this property located? Are you looking for a Lender that will do that loan? you might have a tougher time with those these days. It seems the most people even want to lender on a SIVA for an Owner Occupied property is 90%

to be honest I don't have a lender for that one anymore. I'm not sure who goes to 90% on a NOO SIVA anymore...
