Hey friends,
An online loan forum is a great source for obtaining solutions on issues associated with loans, a community where you can discuss with other users on concerns related to any type of loans like home loans, personal loans, business loans, student loans or auto loans.
A complete understanding of loans is required on the part of the borrower when making a decision to borrow the loans.
The course of loan approval, market interest rates, calculation of monthly payments or shopping for loan brokers and lenders is a cumulative process and any errors in this process will cost the borrower in the loss of huge money.
The errors can be avoided only through complete knowledge, and discussion is the best way to improve understanding of loans.

I was pre-approved for a loan found a house made an off that was accepted
and three weeks into escrow the lender tells me they cant make a loan for 15-k as they wouldn't make any money.
House was listed for 32.5

I totally agree! Before you make a loan or avail on several loan programs, research and know the most convenient and cheapest loan program that are offered by lending companies. Make sure you have chosen the most advantageous one on your part. It's not enough to know about loans but be updated with the new programs that lenders are offering. Take for example direct loan consolidation. You are often adviced to centralize your existing loans but if for those who are still planning to subscribe into more than one loans, you can consolidate them already. Visit thestudentloanconsolidation.com to know more.

I would most likely try a credit union. They are most likely not paid on commission and will have no problem helping you with your situation. What state are you in?

I agree, a credit union or a small bank will probably be your best option. The reason being most residential lenders package your loan to be sold on a secondary market and the smaller loans are simply less attractive to investors.
