I guess this is a good place to start....I am not a broker but I work for many mortgage banks/lenders and brokers generating business. I am in Canada. I would like to eventually become a mortgage broker but not here in Canada, I would like to do it in the US...I don't know if it's possible but in the interm I am learning as much as I can about all the processes involved in a refi....Thanks for having me!
