I am a mortgage broker based in Bournemouth UK we offer adverse mortgage and general insurance products to the whole of the UK.

My reason for joining the board is 1) to say hello and 2) to try and find some one who will service our american leads:

We very often get american residential leads (even though our web site states quite clearly we only service UK residents)

welcome to the forum. How is the market out there in the UK? My fiancee and I eventually plan to buy a home in Europe but that is some years away.

I specialise in the sub prime market in the UK and we are currently facing the backlash of the problems in the US. With the leads I was hoping to find some one to take them on as a whole, with perhaps a deal on any UK leads produced on their US sites - well that sort of thing...
