125%CLTV Lenders out there

Hey everyone, any idea which lenders are doing 125% LTV's? I know, Irwin Home Equity does them but they've since changed their FICO requirements.

Please let me know if you know of a wholesale Lender that goes high for refis..

I know this is rather old, but I don't believe the 125% exists anymore. I could be wrong, but I am pretty sure it is off the shelf at this point.

Irvin home equity is the ONLY company I've seen do this anymore and the rates are rather high...But if you have to do it, then you have to. I just don't encourage it.

I am proven wrong! Thanks, Rick! I actually contacted Irwin, and they are still writing this product, but they are extremely rigid with the guidelines (as they should be).
