Hello from Panama, I am a Property Investment Specialist down here and I represent alot of developers and their projects. I would be interested in finding a lender in the US that would finance, projects or single family residences here, that are purchased by US citizens. The problem is, that most US citizens have to finance through a Panamanian bank and they require 30% down. I am looking for a lender in the US that can finance up to 90% LTV and have competitive rates. As you might not know, Panama is the second largest banking district in the world so the competition is good. Contact me if you have anything. Thanks
