Hiya! Haven't been on here in a while, too busy with film school. Anyway, just wanted to day hello again. I'm not sure if any here can help me, but
I have access to Bank REOs for 45-55 cents on the dollar. They are available in all 50 states. Each exist on custom, private lists, and include all property types. All fees are included in the final price (but, California, New York, Texas 3-4% higher). We structured them into large blocks- $50 million dollars. But, our minimum purchase price is $5 million and orders can go up to the very high Billions.
To ensure you or your investors reorder, we’ve streamlined the process and cut out the broker chain. This means that there will not be 5 middlemen increasing the price for the buyer. This is direct to the bank. Also, our fee sheet is structured so that any of your buyers that come back for reorders, are yours for 2 years. Keep in mind you are paid on those as well.
That said, we also have Performing and Non-Performing Notes as well. Performing notes are sold at 60-70 cents on the dollar. Non-Performing at 30-35 cents on the dollar. If you are interested or have buyers interested in any of these, see attached documents.
Okay. This is how our process works:
Send you our documents to review and sign
You return documents along with your Proof of funds and a LOI stating what exactly you're looking for
We package the documents and send them to the bank
The bank sends back a confirmation that they can fill the order
Order is filled within 72 hours of confirmationAs for compensation, I split my fee 50-50% with any entity that sends me a buyer who funds. However, we only work with direct buyers or people direct to buyers....
