Our company is a coorespondent lender on Subprime B-C loans. We also broker many loans and are bringing on mortgage professionals to help sell and earn top level commissions.
We all know the benefits of coorespondent lending: No disclosing ysp; lending incentives; volume premiums, less risk.
There is also an issue of doubleunderwriting and finding a lender that creates a win/win situation. Does anyone recommend any lenders with a great coorespondent program????
