real estate agent with mortgage tools

Can a real estate agent have a mortgage application on their website. I want to integrate mortgage tools into a website, but I was wondering if their are licensing requirements to offer these tools.

1003's are what they are called. They require lots of Info Which could be overkill to a prospective client. Why not just take some of the Important info from the App. Just what you need to get the process started. This way your customer will stay interested thru the process until you hand them over to your lender or until they come in and do the face to face

You just have to add some color and translate everything to english, otherwise it would be better to have a loan officer make them fill the 1003 out correctly.
