I'm pretty happy with my current broker but a couple questions come to mind..
These questions are directed to both of you.
Do you offer a different split? I just couldn't settle for a 50/50 split these days. I get a 60/40 split and if I close 10 or more loans then I get a 70/30 split. Five 80/20 combo loans would equal the 10 loans I need to reach 70/30.
What kind of leads do you offer your loan officers? Do you supply them with any or are they to get them all on their own?
What kind of support do you have for your loan officers? Is there a direct person for them to call when they need assistance on something?
Where are your offices located? Are you brancing to other states or do your loan officers work remotely?
Just some curious questions in case I do ever decide to change brokers.

If you guys signed up on our broker program, you could improve your LO's closing ratio's in the near future... Let's get the ball rolling! We average over 46% removal in the first 45 days of service, enough said.
