So what does everyone think about the bill that just passed the house finance committee that is now going to the full house for a vote? It could severely change the way brokers do business; eliminating YSP, reduced doc loans and change aspects of ARM's...
I think their idea isn't bad but I think the bill itself needs some serious restructuring.
