I really Can't complain. November was a little slower mostly since my borrowers decided to have long closing dates so I pushed some deals back to December and even January but all is well.

How is biz for you?

Business is good. I still have not been able to average over 10 loans though. My 2006 plan was to get there by the 3rd quarter so I could justify the company hiring me and assistant. They actually do that here and pay them.

I fell short. So I am taking what was good and adding more for 2007 in hopes to meet that goal. Alot of planning in December for 2007.

its all about planning...I'm going to take a day to sit down and really plan out 07 as far as marketing, pounding the pavement....etc

I didn't do one for 2006, I didn't really think to do it. I was new and started at a not so good company. I will be for 07 though
