I am looking to buy a new house but for my bad credit history I am hesitant to ask anyone about it. Is there any chance that I get another loan and meet the requirement of owning a house? Any suggestions? Thanks!

If you are a first-time home buyer, you should look into the american dream program. Get money from your city toward the down payment and closing cost. In baltimore, county first timers get 10000. But, a lot of people either don' know or are too lazy to take the time to inquire. :D

It really requires a lot of courage to even think of a loan when you have a bad credit history. Surprisingly there are many a lenders who still would like to do a business with you. I found such a help on manufacturedhomeloan.org/"manufacturedhomeloan.org/ and the article below really opened my eyes. All the best and have a great time!

It really depends on how bad your credit is and if you are looking for 100% financing. If you have money down that will help you. For anyone to really help you we need to see your full situation as to if you could qualify. Where abouts are you located?

The good ole FHA loan will help solve that problem.

for all my clients with bad credit i recommend doing a consultation with a credit manager. i work with a great gal at wells fargo financial. her name is raquel and her number is 209-834-2693. she has the ability to consolidate and work magic in helping boost scores for me. also she can lower your monthly payments going out to help you afford your new mortgage.
