If you're looking for a mortgage then you should be able to find a lender that will loan to you regardless of credit, although their rates would be higher than a bank. If it's an unsecured loan it would be a lot harder and you'd probably need a co-signer.

are you looking to buy a home? It really depends on how bad your "credit problems" are to begin with. Without seeing your full situation it would be hard for any Mortgage Broker to tell you if you can qualify or not.

Upon further review I think that you were posting that merely to link to your website...however we prevent such things like that from happening...sorry.

That would depend with the severity of your poor credit rating. There will always be lenders that are willing to provide you with a loan, as long you're credit score is not so bad that it indicates you are drowning in debt. But just be prepared, the lender is taking a risk with you, so expect a much higher interest rate and that the lender expects you to have an upfront payment during the first year of the loan.

If you mean you're credit report, that would depend on just how bad is your credit report. That would also include what areas of your credit you are most poor at. The kind of Information in your credit report (http://www.katzmortgageteam.net/article_342.shtml) is what lenders are most interested at.

Hi there,

Yes, you still can. Though almost banks requires or make their loan approval base on good credit outstanding, there are still those non-conforming banks that allows or grant loans even you have bad credit score. Just look for those lending firms that give such opportunity.

A personal loan—that is,a loan without some collateral securing the bank’s interest—can be considerably more difficult to obtain than car or home financing. With some preparation, however, you can greatly increase your chances of getting approved for this kind of loan.

If you want to buy a house, and you have problem credit, you may be wondering if you can even get approved for a mortgage loan. Actually, it's a lot easier than you think! Mortgage lenders don't want to turn you away, even if you have problem credit. Your business is their bread-and-butter, so they're anxious to work with you to help you get approved for a loan. Here are some reasons you may be a better borrower than you realize.

It depends and if the credit is not good then, it is always better looking for applying for bad credit home loans as it will secure your debts.
