I am SEO expert and i have 6 mortgage sites. from which one of the site is ranked 1 on http://www.google.co.uk (http://google.co.uk) for "home loan".
Right now i am doing SEO campaign for "commercial loan (http://commercialloans.loanscut.com)" and "business loan" related keyword. And i ma sure in the next 2 month i will be able to get ranked in top three google results for "commercial loan" and related keyword as right now i am ranked on the second page of google.
I don't do loans so i will be more interested in selling of the leads from my site. those who interested can ping me

I would definitely be interested in hearing about these leads. I am always up to try new ventures like this.

What methods did you use to get those results? Sounds impressive.

First you must specify from where you get your maximum traffic and at what cost do you plan to sell those leads?

Nice work if you are ranked #1 - it does seem a bit strange that an Australian firm should be #1 ranked in the UK, but then I guess that's because we don't tend to use the term 'home loan' so much here...

I've found Chris Garret to be one of the best SEO experts I've met. (Well actually haven't even met in person but same difference you know) He covers pretty much every topic possible and is quite a SEO master in my opinion.

SEO can be broken down into 6 stages which are:
1. Client consultation
2. Keyword research
3. Website review and recommendations
4. Strategy development
5. Organic white hat link building
6. Monitoring, review and further recommendations and strategy edits
