I am hoping to contribute as well as gain knowledge through this forum. I am eager to re-establish great connections during this time of disappearing professionals within this industry!

I currently reside in North Scottsdale (next to one of the reasons golfers come here!) and work throughout the metropolitan Phoenix area as well as am licensed in 38 states (primary concentration AZ, NV, CA, NM).

Looks like a great program you have set up. Do you by chance have a one time fee for someone just wanting 1 set of letters to go out? Of course there is the possibility of maintaining the account open.

If somebody wanted only 1 round of letters out, I suppose they could just cancel after the first round is complete, although I would advise against it. We find that we best maximize our results after 6-8 months... even though we do average over 45% removal in the first 45 days, that isn't everything...

i have borrowers who need only a few accounts removed and just never get around to doing it. i could do it, but i don't follow up with it as you probably would. I have one client in particular who has old judgements that are IRS originated, she was wanting to BK but i told her she would most likely have to pay them off. Can these be disputed at all?

If anybody has negative items on their report, the should seek out our services... on that other client, are they currently suing her? If not, why is she wanting to file bk? If they are tax liens or judgements and how old are they, but yes, those are items we've been able to remove for clients in the past.
