I have started a Loan Officer Sales and Marketing Tips blog through wordpress, and I will actually be offering an e-book in about 2 weeks as well (free for members).
I update the content every Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. I have had a couple requests for people to come on and be guest bloggers which I am definitely open to the idea!
Also, if you want me to go off on a different topic than what I am scheduled to cover, please let me know and I will do the best I can to publish something ASAP.

Thanks, Bernie! I appreciate that comment and those kind words! I'm not sure if you have any LO's in your office or around you, but if there are, I would love for you to pass on the blog information. Not needed, of course, but greatly appreciated! Thanks again.

I just updated today and went a little off-topic to cover the Purchase of Countrywide by Bank of America.
I look forward to seeing you all there!

Thanks, Rick! I am just trying to spread things that have worked for me in the past, and are currently working in today's market.
Martin, I apologize for providing that link in my posts...I'll watch that more carefully at this point!
