Just last month I had a client with a mid score of 500 with over 15 collecetion accounts and I was able to secure them 100% financing on a $250,000 piece of property.

did you go the FHA route?

No, that was actually a high score program that I used. We're not currently set up to do FHA loans sadly. Our office is working on getting that set up for us.
