and they go down to a 500 mid score? That's impressive, I might have to have my broker sign up with them.
Do you have a URL for this company? I'd liek to check out their broker site.

I'll do that when I get some time today...So are you a broker or an AE? I'm looking to add them to my group of lenders since i have some low Fico borrowers that I've had to turn away.

these loans have already been proven not to perform. either the investors are getting scammed, this company is a scam or they are just plain headed directly to bankruptcy

Not sure where you got your info but this is not a scam. We close these deals all day long. Sounds like you are just not familiar with the program.

I am really too busy to waste time with your negativity but it cracks me up that you really have no idea about the program. You should see the amount of loans I close a month. If you wanted to supplement your income you would actually inquire about the product rather than speaking about something you clearly do not know anything about. Visit our website & see for yourself.

well yes, there is no need for the negativity but people are going to be skeptic about this program. I believe you have some very high MI payments that go along with these loans, correct?

It depends on your fico score. Of course under 574 does have high MI, but keep in mind you are asking for 100%. Not many companies will do 100% LTV for someone with that low of a fico score. Also MI is tax deductible if you make on 100k a year. People frown when they hear MI but if we said we would due 100% 1 loan 30 yr fix no prepay at 13% under 574 credit score, most people would jump on it. It's basically the same payment. It is much less at 575 credit score & keep dropping as you go up.

Yeah, I have somewhat of an idea of how your product works. I spoke with someone in the past but you guys didn't offer it in Oregon. Did you guys ever get set up here?
