Very curious about your post, I am a TX originator and have never heard of this program. What company do you work for, and what are the rates? Is this a hard money deal? Even so sounds good 2 me.

www dot 500fiko dot com is their website. I checked it out. the MI factor is very large from talking to the rep. Like $250 per 100k you are borrowing.

Sounds like it would behoove the client to clean up their credit instead of going for this type of program. Sounds brutal unless you can develop some equity quickly and end the MI. However if you wait until 2007 the MI is tax deductible.
