Anyone know of lender that does cash back at closing

I am looking for a lender that may do this on residental loan I know something like this is typically done on a hard money loan. I have good credit above 680 can go full document. I am getting the Property at around 175,000 below markert. I am in the New York area. Thanks for any advice or help you can give.
